THE PURPOSEOur purpose is to resource ministry leaders and congregations for health and multiplication. THE VISIONWe envision God expanding His Kingdom through a dynamic movement of synergistic leaders, contagious believers, and healthy, reproducing churches. THE INDICATORSWe will pray and plan and work so that this vision is evidenced by: - SYNERGISTIC LEADERS
- Every ministry leader engaged with other leaders in a mission-focused prayer, support and accountability group.
- Achieve 90% participation of potential leaders in LEAD teams and maintain 85 churches participating.
- Every ministry leader mobilizing new leaders for ministry.
- Each LEAD Team will pray monthly for and provide a list of identified potential leaders to enroll in LDNs quarterly.
- Help 5 internships of new leaders throughout the region get started.
- Explore the need for additional LDN's in Central and Pacific NW.
- CONTAGIOUS BELIEVERS
- Every follower of Jesus sharing the good news frequently, practicing spiritual disciplines consistently and enabling ministry through generous stewardship.
- Achieve an annual per church increase of 5% (or more) of average worship attendance received through evangelism.
- Achieve an annual per church increase of 10% (or more) growing in the spiritual disciplines, as defined by each church.
- Achieve an annual per church increase of 10% (or more) involved in mission/ministry in the church and community.
- Achieve an annual per church increase of 10% (or more) in giving.
- HEALTHY, REPRODUCING CHURCHES
- Every church impacting its community by participating in existing community services and sponsoring initiatives to meet community needs.
- Achieve a minimum, annual 5% increase in the number of churches growing by 10% or more.
- Achieve an annual per church increase in the number of outwardly focused ministries.
- Every church involved in parenting at least one new faith community every five years.
- Achieve 30% growth in the number of Regional churches by December 2010.
